- 材料
洋蔥 Onions 1/2
胡蘿蔔 Carrots1/4
香菇 Mushroom 2朵
雞胸 Chicken breast
玉米筍 Baby Corns
雞蛋 Eggs 2顆
醬油 Soy Sauce
鹽巴 Salt
黑胡椒 Pepper
黃金泡菜 Kimchi
小白菜 Bak choy
蒜頭 Garlic 3顆
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
1 洋蔥切小丁,胡蘿蔔切末,小白菜切小段,蒜頭切末,雞胸肉切小丁,黃金泡菜擠乾後切小段(汁留下),蛋液打散,香菇切小丁,玉米筍切小丁。
Mince the onions, carrots, and garlic. Chop the bok choy, mushroom, baby corns and chicken breast. Squeeze the kimchi to drain.
2 雞丁放入泡菜汁,加入適量醬油醃漬,汁吸收之後加入適量太白粉抓均勻,放入適量橄欖油。
Put the chicken breast in kimchi sauce and add in soy sauce. Add starch and olive oil to the meat and mix them evenly.
3 蛋液放入鍋中炒散後取出備用。
Stir-fry the eggs.
4 倒入適量橄欖油,讓入洋蔥拌炒至呈現透明狀,放入胡蘿蔔末拌炒,加入一半的蒜末、小白菜梗、香菇丁、玉米筍拌炒至熟。
Saute the onions, carrots, and garlic, also vegetable stems, mushroom, baby corn after they are fully cooked.
5 雞丁放入鍋中拌炒至熟(醃雞肉的醬汁視情況倒入,太濕的話白飯會太溼)。
Add in marinaded chicken breasts and stir fry them until they're cooked.
6 放入白飯拌炒開來,加入黃金泡菜。
Add in rice and kmichi.
7 放回剛剛的蛋、小白菜葉拌炒,記得快速拌炒,不然會出太多水。
Add in eggs and leaves, and stir them well.
8 加入適量黑胡椒和鹽巴提味,撒入剩下的生蒜拌炒即可起鍋。
Add in some pepper and salt. Done!
